Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service. 3. Train, coach, and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance. 4. Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment as per sales trends. 5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 6. Maintain a clean and organized store environment conducive to showcasing luxury watches. 7. Build strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and brand loyalty. 8. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. 9. Collaborate with regional and corporate teams on store initiatives and promotions. 10. Analyze sales reports and strategize on ways to improve store performance. Qualifications: 1. Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role in the luxury industry. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong leadership and organizational abilities. 4. Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations. 5. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
