very poor in adhering promises, they claim for 100% refund for cancelling the booking for 90000, for processing within 45 days, since 26th Dec'21 I have cancelled but yet to receive the refund. Till now none of the projects are completed. Guys think many times before investing in the under construction project of Adhiraj.

Totally unprofessional and DONT Buy their property.. they will not reimburse your subvention scheme ...We just keep mailing them with ZERO revert from them. NOT worth investing your hard earned money :( TRapped.
