Job Title :- HVAC Planning Engineer Location :- Malappuram Department : - Engineering/Project Management Reports To :- Engineering Manager Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Planning Engineer to oversee project planning, billing, procurement, and client coordination for HVAC projects, including low-side and VRV systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in HVAC systems, proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, and excellent communication skills to ensure smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Scheduling :- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines for HVAC projects (low-side & VRV systems). Monitor project progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions. Utilize MS Project or equivalent software for efficient project tracking. Billing & Cost Control :- Prepare and review project bills, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contracts. Track project expenditures and maintain cost control measures. Purchase Planning & Procurement Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of HVAC materials. Evaluate quotations, negotiate costs, and ensure cost-effective purchasing. Client & Stakeholder Coordination :- Act as the primary technical liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams. Provide regular project updates and address client concerns promptly. Qualifications & Skills Education :- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BTech) or related field. Experience :- Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC project planning, specifically in low-side and VRV systems. Proficiency in MS Project or equivalent project management software. Technical Skills :- Strong understanding of HVAC design, installation, and commissioning processes. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations. Soft Skills :- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team coordination. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications :- Certification in Project Management (PMP/PRINCE2) is a plus. Familiarity with AutoCAD & HVAC design softwares. Why Join Us?
