Physical measurement of quantities and tracking the productivity Preparation and tracking of cash flow. Co-ordination between site, Head office, Accounts & contractors. Coordination with the SAP IT team for smooth working Knowledge of taxes, regulations, and local laws Keep track of construction materials and inventory Identify potential financial or construction risks Having knowledge in IS 1200 Work experience/Skill Sets/Competencies : In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry. Excellent analytical and mathematical skills. Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Excel. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Should be able to work with SAP / AutoCAD Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets; strong estimating and financial analysis skills. Experience : 3 to 7 years. Qualifications Diploma , B.E. Civil / construction or Equivalent. Knowledge on High rise Residential & commercial building.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Contracts professional to manage the end-to-end contracts process for our projects, with a primary focus on contract management, estimation, and procurement activities. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in contracts and estimation, along with a working knowledge of interiors and finishing works (such as office interiors, lobbies, glass detailing, and windows). Key Responsibilities: Contracts & Estimation Prepare BOQs based on technical specifications, design drawings, and scope of work. Review and verify contractor bills and related documentation. Prepare tender documents, work orders, and purchase orders. Prepare cost estimates for projects, including both direct and indirect costs. Assist in claims preparation in coordination with the Head Contracts. Prepare monthly progress payments and final accounts. Prepare and maintain measurement sheets and assist with quantity take-offs. Procurement & Negotiation Prepare comparison sheets for quotations from suppliers and contractors. Negotiate rates, terms, and timelines with contractors and suppliers to ensure best value. Monitor and record site progress to support contractor performance evaluation. Project Support Coordinate with site teams to track work progress, variations, and completion status. Support interior and finishing works-related contracts, ensuring alignment with project requirements. Work on basic detailing requirements for interiors and finishing works as needed. Systems & Reporting Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all contract-related activities. Maintain records in SAP/ERP systems and generate necessary reports. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / related field. 10 to 15 years of experience in Contracts and Estimation, preferably in the construction industry. Strong understanding of contracts, tendering, BOQ preparation, and cost control. Basic knowledge of interiors and finishing work contracts. Proficiency in SAP/ERP and MS Office tools. Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
