When ADP got separated from this place, maintenance is very poor... Some times lifts doesn't work, recently central ac is down and repairs taking lot of time, i heard there's 85 members owned this property but just dying for money instead of maintaining properly. Greenery is slightly good. It became best place to basic place now.
