Job Purpose: To manage the overall store operations of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods in compliance with safety, statutory, and company policies, ensuring smooth handling of 2000-3000 SKUs with accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Manage receipt, storage, and issue of chemical raw materials, intermediates, and packaging materials as per defined SOPs. Maintain accurate inventory records (GRN, Issue Slips, Material Transfer Notes, etc.) in ERP/SAP B1 software. Ensure proper storage, segregation, and labeling of agro-chemical raw materials as per MSDS and company policy. Handle 2000-3000 SKUs with proper identification, bin management, and FIFO/FEFO practices. Coordinate with purchase, production, QC, and accounts teams for smooth flow of materials. Conduct regular stock reconciliations (physical vs. system ) and resolve variances. Ensure timely dispatch and issue of materials to production and packaging units. Maintain minimum & maximum stock levels and highlight shortages/excesses to management. Support audit requirements (statutory, safety, internal, ISO) by providing accurate store data and documentation. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of chemical raw material and packaging material management. Hands-on experience in handling large SKUs (2000-3000+). Proficiency in ERP systems / SAP B1 software. Strong inventory management, reconciliation, and documentation skills. Good team management and coordination skills. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain / B.Sc. Chemistry (preferred) or equivalent qualification. 3-5 years of relevant experience in agro chemicals / chemicals / pharma / FMCG industry store operations. Experience in managing large SKU inventories is a must. Key Attributes: High integrity and accountability in handling inventory. Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven. Ability to work under pressure and manage large volume of materials efficiently.
