Key Responsibilities Research, evaluate, and implement AI-driven tools and platforms that support personalized learning for students. Collaborate with educators and school leaders to integrate technology solutions that streamline instructional processes and improve learning outcomes. Develop training modules and resources to help teachers adopt and effectively use new educational technologies. Monitor and assess the impact of AI tools on student performance, teacher productivity, and overall school operations. Establish frameworks to ensure transparency, data privacy, and accountability in the use of technology. Stay up-to-date with global edtech trends and suggest innovative practices relevant to the school ecosystem. Travel to partner schools and campuses to oversee implementation and training initiatives. Required Qualifications A graduate degree from a recognized university (Bachelor's or higher). Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative, solve problems, and drive innovation. Passion for education and a commitment to transforming learning through technology. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of AI tools and their applications in education. Preferred Experience & Skills Prior experience (1-3 years) in EdTech, technology integration, or school transformation projects is a plus.
