If you want to work in a place where creativity meets data and ideas turn into revenue — you’ll fit right in. 🔍 Role Overview We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager / Performance Marketer who can own our paid campaigns end-to-end — from strategy to execution to optimisation. You will be responsible for driving ROI, leads, conversions, and performance metrics across Meta, Google, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. This is a hands-on role for someone who is obsessed with performance, experiments, analytics, and results. 📌 Key Responsibilities Paid Ads & Media Buying Plan, launch, and optimise ad campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Pinterest Drive lead generation, sales funnels, and growth metrics for multiple brands Carry out A/B tests for creatives, audiences, landing pages, and funnels Performance & Analytics Track ROAS, CAC, CPL, CTR, CPM, and all key ad performance metrics Create dashboards using Looker Studio, GA4, Meta Reporting Implement conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager Growth Strategy Build and execute growth experiments Work with the creative team to optimise ads based on insights Drive campaign optimisation based on real-time performance data Funnel Optimisation Improve landing page performance and user flows Analyse drop-offs and increase conversion rates through experimentation 🛠 Required Skills & Experience 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing (agency or D2C preferred) Strong command of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, GTM Experience in building dashboards and interpreting data Ability to plan, run, and scale paid campaigns Data-driven mindset with strong analytical thinking Knowledge of AI and automation tools is a bonus 🎯 Who You Are Someone who lives and breathes growth, numbers, and performance You think in experiments, funnels, insights, and actions You enjoy working in a small, fast-moving, high-impact team You want a role where your decisions directly shape revenue and results 💸 Compensation ₹5–6 Lakhs per annum (based on experience and performance) 📨 How to Apply If you’re driven by data, hungry for results, and excited by the idea of building high-performance campaigns — we’d love to talk.
