I had purchased this product through vendor for Reputed PSU .In one year small issue observed . Requested for Service . Following up for last 15 days . Difficult if such companies come L1 for govt NABL labs.will surely raise this issue on GEM portal .

Do Not Buy any products from this Company. Every Time I call for Complain and Company Book. But Next Time Again Book New Complain. But No one help for Product Problem. So Do Not Buy from this Company.

The service technician did a wonderful job! Came Tuesday evening, which was great! Found the problem quickly and offered a choice of solutions. XRF Gold Testing analyzer machine was expertly done and with great care. He was very polite, respectful, and pleasant.
