Should have good communication and convincing skills Job Description:- Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, salary negotiations and offers. Review and approve all resumes before sending to the Client. Over viewing proper distribution of requirements among the team members & ensuring delivery is being met from all resources allocated to the client. Participate in key Corporate Talent Acquisition meetings to assure alignment on hiring plans and compliance. Define and implement creative sourcing strategies to source A players from colleges, workplaces, databases etc . Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment Empanelment of Corporate and other clients for their recruitment/staffing business. Manage and maintain relationship with clients and team including top management. Monitoring Revenue Growth and adding new Accounts to the existing vertical. Manage relations across businesses and Talent Recruitment team, establish ongoing relationships with the business managers in order to understand their business and recruitment needs and fill their open positions in a timely manner. Ensure team adherence to client and organizational process requirements, security procedures. Act as an escalation point to business stakeholders for all recruiting related questions and concerns. Regularly evaluate the applicant pool and assess, track and report on time to hire, cost to hire, diversity of hires, to identify trends and cost effectiveness. Diligently checking the requisition Dashboard and ensuring 100% coverage with quality submittals on all requirement flow. Meeting the monthly spread/Quota/Gross Margin/ head count Target kept for the client Maintain Discipline and direction of team members.
