Role Description This is a full-time Graphic Designer role based on-site in Dehradun. The Graphic Designer will conceptualize and create engaging designs, develop brand assets, and execute visually compelling graphics across multiple media platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with teams to design logos, enhance branding efforts, create typography systems, and develop graphics for various digital and print formats. The role demands creativity, attention to detail, and a strong ability to translate concepts into impactful visual content. Qualifications Technical Proficiency (Non-Negotiable) CorelDRAW Mastery: Advanced proficiency in CorelDRAW for vector illustration, layout design, and logo creation. Must be comfortable handling complex curves, multi-page documents, and pre-press setup within Corel. Adobe Photoshop: Strong working knowledge of Photoshop for image manipulation, retouching, and creating mockups to present Visual Identity concepts. File Management: Ability to convert and manage files across different formats (CDR, AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) to ensure compatibility for vendors and digital use. Visual Identity & Design Expertise Strong Branding Fundamentals: Demonstrated ability to build a visual identity from scratch—including logo design, color psychology, typography selection, and brand pattern creation. Brand Guidelines: Experience in creating comprehensive Brand Style Guides (Do’s and Don’ts, logo usage, tone of voice) to ensure consistency across the client's business. Typography: An excellent eye for font pairing, kerning, and hierarchy. The candidate must understand how type affects readability and brand perception. Print & Production Knowledge Pre-Press Ready: Since CorelDRAW is required, the candidate must understand print production standards (CMYK vs. RGB, Bleed, Margins, Crop Marks, and Spot Colors). Packaging/Merchandise (Bonus): Experience applying visual identity to physical products (packaging, stationery, signage) is highly preferred.
