We are looking for a creative powerhouse to join our team as a Graphic Designer & Video Editor. This role is perfect for a multi-disciplinary creator who can seamlessly pivot from designing a high-impact social media carousel to editing a polished brand story video. You will be responsible for defining our brand's visual identity across digital, social, and print platforms. As a core member of our creative team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end production of visual assets that define our brand's voice across digital and physical platforms. ### Key Responsibilities Graphic Design : Brand Identity: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all visual touchpoints. Marketing Collateral: Design high-converting digital ads (static/GIF), email headers, and website banners. Print Media: Create physical assets such as brochures, packaging, and event signage as needed. Social Media: Develop engaging visual content grapgics for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn Video Editing & Motion Graphics: Post-Production: Edit raw footage into compelling short-form (Reels/Shorts) and long-form (YouTube/Webinar) content. Storytelling: Select music, perform color grading, and manage sound design to enhance the emotional impact of videos. Motion Graphics: Design animated titles, transitions, and logo reveals to elevate production value with 2D-3D motion graphics Optimization: Export and optimize video content for various platform specifications and aspect ratios. ### Qualifications & Skills Software Mastery : Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Cdr, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Experience: 1-2years of professional experience in a design or agency environment. Video Expertise: Strong understanding of pacing, rhythm, and narrative structure in video. Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in typography, color theory, and layout design. Soft Skills: Ability to handle constructive feedback and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously. ### Preferred Qualifications Experience with 3D design or animation (Blender, Cinema 4D). Experience in photography or videography (operating cameras/lighting). Knowledge of AI creative tools prompted for design and video workflows. Basic understanding of marketing psychology and "scroll-stopping" design.
