Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Implementation Engineer based in Pune and Mumbai. The Implementation Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing software and project implementations, providing technical support, and offering exceptional customer service. The role involves close collaboration with clients to ensure the successful deployment of the Acrobuild platform, addressing any technical issues that arise, and ensuring the smooth transition of projects from start to finish. Qualifications Experience in Software Implementation and Project Implementation Skills in Technical Support and Customer Service Proficiency in Project Management Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
