Service manager is very polite. Will listen to your problem. Inspection is free. They provide genuine parts only. Only their location is odd. Located at a 100yrs or more old building with wooden steps near to New Aliya Hotel at Bentinck Street.

service experience is very rubbished,it was two months warranty on screen,they said screen is original, which is broken by my 3yrs little child hand press,their commitment is totally fake,in my little experience I realised that it is better to purchase new one than waste your money on repair.

Yeah, I just repair my mobile phone recently and everything is fine with me although it takes some time to repair it I fully understand the process. service is good in this shop and everyone is humble and polite. If You have any problem with your mobile phone you can visit the shop offline also, they guide the road also.

One of the best service center in the city ! just not bcoz of the helpful nature of staffs..... but also providing service in best possible way. They always listen to the problems from customers and then check the device by themselves then go for the repairing which is different from other service centers.
