Sales Executive – Supply Acquisition (B2B) Role Purpose : To onboard builders, warehouses, and material dealers and list their surplus / dead stock This is the most important role in the company. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Identify and visit builders, warehouses, dealers & interior showrooms • Explain Company's concept • Convince sellers to list surplus inventory • Collect product details, photos, videos • Ensure seller KYC & verification • Close listing fee + commission agreements • Maintain seller relationships for repeat listings ⸻ Daily / Weekly Activities • 6–8 seller meetings per day • Site visits & warehouse visits • Seller onboarding documentation • Coordination with operations team ⸻ KPIs (Non-Negotiable) • Sellers onboarded per month • Verified sellers • Active listings created • Listing fee collected • Repeat sellers (%) ⸻ Ideal Candidate Profile • 1–4 years experience in building material sales / real estate / interiors • Comfortable with field sales • Strong convincing & relationship skills • Local market knowledge preferred ⸻ Compensation (Pune Benchmark) • Fixed: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 • Incentives: Per seller + GMV-linked
