Job Description Drafter/Project Coordinator – EIMEA – Located in India Summary Accuray EIMEA is searching for a Drafter/Project Coordinator based in India, preferably office based in Accuray office located in Gurgaon. The main responsibility is to organize and execute the drafting activity for the Region producing layouts (using AutoCAD or equivalent software) demonstrating our radiotherapy systems implementation in our customer’s premises. Additionally, he/she will handle various coordination tasks for the EIMEA Project Team, such as maintaining drawing templates and interacting with the global project management team. Reporting To/Department Senior Director Project Management & Revenue – EIMEA (Strong Line) Essential Duties And Responsibilities Review and verify incoming customer drawings. Draft and update preliminary and full sets drawings using AutoCAD (80% of the time). Produce 3D models for rendering images and animations (occasionally) Assist in tracking, maintaining, and updating documents that support the site planning and project management activities. Support Project Managers with radioprotection drawings. Support Quality Processes for Site planning The incumbent may be asked to perform other function-related activities in addition to the above-mentioned responsibilities as reasonably required by business needs. Required Qualifications Good technical / scientific background (BS degree or equivalent work experience) Young graduate or couple of years of experience ideally in Architectural, Civil Engineer or Project Design roles (medical project is a plus) Excellent Auto CAD skills Good 3D software skills for both modeling and rendering (Google Sketchup is a plus) Good practice with Excel and other mainstream office software packages Basic knowledge of civil engineering/Construction works is a plus Excellent verbal, written and visual/presentation communication skills and teamwork capabilities. Job Description Systems Installation Engineer EIMEA – India Summary The Systems Installation Engineer EIMEA (Europe, India, Middle East and Africa) is responsible for systems installations and upgrades of Accuray’s products. This position is home-office based in India and mainly dedicated to India installations. Work at various customer sites throughout EIMEA (Europe, India, Middle East, Africa) and occasionally other international customer sites.
