Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to prepare competitive quotations. Follow up on quotes, negotiate contracts, and convert leads into orders. Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM or Excel sheets. Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings. Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Job Title: Mechanical Engineer – Workshop Incharge (IBR Pressure Parts) We are recruiting a Mechanical Engineer for our IBR Pressure Part manufacturing unit. The candidate will work as Workshop Incharge and handle day-to-day manufacturing activities. Responsible for planning, execution, and monitoring of IBR workshop production. Preparation and verification of BOQ for new projects. Estimation and costing as per approved drawings and specifications. Supervision of fabrication, welding, machining, and assembly work. Ensure compliance with IBR codes, quality standards, and safety norms. Coordination with QA/QC, inspection authorities, and internal teams. Preparation and maintenance of manufacturing and inspection documentation. Experience in IBR pressure parts manufacturing will be an added advantage.
