*Job Title: HR Executive* *Job Summary* The HR Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance with company policies and labor laws. The role ensures smooth HR processes and a positive work environment. *Key Responsibilities* * Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding) * Maintain employee records and HR documentation * Assist in payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management * Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities * Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures * Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies * Coordinate training and development programs * Assist in HR audits and reports * Manage exit formalities and offboarding process *Required Skills & Qualifications* * Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field * 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources * Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and recruitment practices * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Good organizational and time-management abilities * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Ability to handle confidential information professionally *Preferred Skills* * Experience with HR software or HRMS * Basic knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance * Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills *Job Type* * Full-time *Location* * Gurugram *Salary* u* 15k to 25k Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹34,291.38 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location: In person
