Job Description

1. Accounts

  • Maintain daily cash, bank, and expense entries.
  • Prepare and track supplier payments and customer receipts.
  • Maintain purchase bills, invoices and vouchers.
  • Assist with GST documentation and basic accounting.

2. Purchase

  • Obtain quotations from suppliers for cement, steel, sand, aggregates and other building materials.
  • Compare prices and coordinate material purchases.
  • Follow up on purchase orders and supplier deliveries.

3. Stores

  • Maintain stock registers and inventory records.
  • Track inward and outward movement of materials.
  • Verify material receipts against purchase orders and delivery challans.
  • Coordinate with site engineers regarding material requirements.
