Job Description

Data Entry: Inputting financial information into accounting systems, such as income and expense entries. Invoice Processing: Creating, managing, and processing invoices, both for clients and vendors. Reconciliations: Assisting with bank reconciliations and other account reconciliations. Financial Reporting: Helping prepare financial statements, reports, and other documentation. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records. Assisting with Audits: Supporting senior accountants during audits by providing necessary information. General Administrative Tasks: Assisting with various administrative duties within the finance department.
