Job Description

The Accounts Receivable Team Lead is responsible for overseeing end-to-end AR operations, managing a team handling invoicing, collections, and reconciliations, ensuring SLA adherence, accuracy, and compliance with internal controls and policies.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and supervise AR team handling invoicing, collections, and reconciliations
Monitor daily AR operations and ensure SLA, TAT, and quality adherence
Review customer reconciliations and resolve escalations
Ensure timely collections and effective credit control
Prepare and review AR reports and dashboards
Drive process improvements and support automation initiatives
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders
Coach, train, and develop team members
