Role Overview

We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented professional to manage daily accounts, maintain records in Tally, handle GST return filing, and provide basic project coordination support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounts & GST

· Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally, including purchases, sales, receipts, payments, and expenses.

· Prepare invoices and track customer collections and outstanding payments.

· Process vendor bills and maintain accounts payable and receivable.

· Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash.

· Prepare GST workings, reconcile relevant records, and file GST returns on time.

· Coordinate with the CA or tax consultant for GST queries, other tax filings, compliance, and audits.

· Maintain financial documents and prepare basic accounting reports.

2. Project Coordination

· Maintain project trackers, schedules, and documentation.

· Follow up with internal teams and vendors on pending tasks and deadlines.

· Record meeting notes and track action items.

· Share progress updates and flag delays.

· Assist with project-related purchases, billing, and expense tracking.

3. Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

· Hands-on experience with Tally / Tally Prime.

· Practical knowledge of GST return preparation, reconciliation, and filing.

· Good working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.

· Strong attention to detail, communication, and follow-up skills.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle financial information confidentially.

· Project or administrative coordination experience is an advantage.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
