Accounts & operations executive

Role Overview

The Accounts & Operations Executive will play a key role in managing financial processes, coordinating supply chain operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business activities. This role requires strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a commitment to regulatory compliance in the pharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

• Manage daily accounting entries, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and ensure statutory compliance.
• Handle vendor payments, client billing, and banking transactions.
• Support audits, taxation, and documentation requirements.

Operations & Supply Chain

• Oversee order processing, stock management, and shipment tracking.
• Coordinate with logistics partners for timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, regulatory documents, and client communications.
• Assist in vendor registration, approvals, and compliance documentation.

Coordination & Reporting

• Liaise with banks for remittances, LC documentation, and payment follow-ups.
• Collaborate with sales, regulatory, and marketing teams for smooth operations.
• Generate reports on financials, operations, and supply chain performance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in accounting and operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools.
• Strong knowledge of compliance and documentation in regulated industries.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

• Kondhwa BK, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
