Accounts Manager - Automobile

Role: Manage dealership accounts, financial controls, reconciliations and timely reporting across branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounting of vehicle sales, service, spare parts, purchases, receipts and payments.
• Reconcile DMS records with accounting books, including sales, purchases and inventory.
• Monitor cash collections, bank deposits, customer advances and pending finance disbursements.
• Manage vendor payments, receivables, manufacturer incentives and claim reconciliations.
• Ensure timely GST/TDS workings, filings and statutory payments in coordination with the CA.
• Oversee payroll, expense verification, stock reconciliation and year-end accounts closure.
• Prepare monthly branch-wise profit and loss, cash flow and outstanding reports.
• Supervise accounts staff and maintain proper documentation and approval controls.

Candidate Requirements

• B.Com/M.Com; CA Inter preferred.
• Preferably 3–5 years of relevant experience, with automobile dealership experience an advantage.
• Proficiency in accounting software, DMS and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong reconciliation skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
