ACCOUNTS & INVENTORY EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, billing, inventory records, and product costing for our cosmetic manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain daily purchase, sales, expense, and payment records in Tally.

* Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, payment vouchers, and other accounting documents.

* Maintain supplier and customer ledgers and outstanding payment records.

* Maintain raw material, packaging material, and finished goods inventory.

* Track stock receipts, consumption, purchases, and closing stock.

* Prepare product cost sheets covering raw materials, packaging, manufacturing charges, and wastage.

* Calculate product-wise costs and maintain updated costing records.

* Use MS Excel for data management, calculations, and monthly reports.

* Maintain proper documentation and coordinate with the CA and GST consultant by providing the required records.

* Assist in monthly expense summaries, purchase and sales reports, and other management reports.

Required Skills:

* Practical knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.

* Understanding of basic accounting, billing, and inventory management.

* Good Excel skills for calculations, data reconciliation, and reporting.

* Ability to maintain accurate records and product costing sheets.

* Experience in manufacturing, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or a similar industry preferred.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred.

Location: Thane, Maharashtra
