About the Role

SSRD Labs is looking for a responsible and organised fresher to manage day-to-day accounts administration, coordinate with our external Chartered Accountant, support company compliance activities, and establish basic payroll and HR documentation processes.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who wants practical exposure to accounts and business operations in a growing technology startup.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & CA Coordination

• Maintain company expense records, invoices, receipts and payment documentation.

• Maintain bank statements and support monthly bank reconciliation.

• Coordinate with the external CA for accounting, GST, TDS, income-tax and other applicable compliance requirements.

• Follow up on pending documents, registrations, filings and payments until completion.

• Maintain a calendar of compliance deadlines and a tracker of pending activities.

GST, PF & Statutory Administration

• Coordinate GST registration and related documentation with the CA or authorised consultant.

• Assist with employer PF registration, employee onboarding and related documentation, as applicable.

• Maintain employee statutory records and coordinate required submissions with the relevant professional.

• Track compliance requirements and escalate pending items on time.

Payroll & HR Administration

• Establish and maintain a monthly salary register and payslip format.

• Collect attendance, leave and salary inputs for payroll processing.

• Maintain employee joining documents, offer letters, personal records and leave registers.

• Coordinate monthly payroll documentation and salary payment records.

• Support basic HR administration as the company starts hiring.

Required Skills

• B.Com graduate preferred.

• Basic understanding of accounting, invoices, ledgers and bank reconciliation.

• Working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.

• Familiarity with Tally Prime, Zoho Books or payroll software is an advantage.

• Good communication in English and Telugu.

• Strong organisation, attention to detail and follow-up skills.

• Willingness to learn independently and take ownership of routine tasks.

Please note:

• Company is small start-up contains only 3-5 members for now.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
