Job Responsibilities
Oversee the overall accounting, finance, and financial reporting functions of the organization.
Ensure timely finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, Tally/ERP accounting, and other statutory compliances.
Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, cash flow, and working capital management.
Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, company Secretary, banks, and other authorities.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
Establish and strengthen internal controls, accounting procedures, and financial processes.
Lead, supervise, and mentor the accounts team.
Provide financial analysis and insights to management for effective decision-making.
Prepare and Submission of Stock Statement to Bank on time.
Prepare and Submission of monthly Cash Flow and MIS to the management for effective decision making.
