We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounting & Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support financial operations.

Job Summary

The Accounting & Finance Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling day-to-day accounting transactions, supporting billing and collections, preparing reports, and ensuring timely completion of finance-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Record sales, expenses, receipts, payments, and other accounting entries.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, bills, and supporting documents.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up for pending payments.
• Assist in GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Support monthly closing and preparation of financial statements.
• Prepare regular MIS reports and financial summaries for management.
• Verify expense claims, bills, and payment requests.
• Coordinate with the HR, Operations, Sales, and Management teams for finance-related requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Assist with audits and provide required financial documents.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting/finance preferred.
• Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also be considered.
• Good knowledge of Tally - ERP ,Prime / accounting software and MS Excel.
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
