With over a decade of industry experience, the Group specializes in lead recycling, manufacturing, and trading of non-ferrous metals and scrap, with a strong focus on quality, innovation, and reliability.

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to handle day-to-day accounting and finance activities. The candidate should have good practical knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, reconciliations, and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting entries and maintain books of accounts.
• Handle purchases, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Prepare and maintain ledgers, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
• Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Prepare monthly MIS and basic financial reports.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting records.

Experience & Background

• B. Com, M. Com, MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• 1+ years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Prior experience in a trading, manufacturing, or services company is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Tally/ Tally Prime and MS Excel

Language Requirements

• Fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory)
• Telugu/ Tamil/ Marathi (preferred/ strong advantage)

• Close attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reporting.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage tasks independently.
• Good communication and follow-up skills for collections management.
• Team-oriented, professional, and responsible approach to work.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
