Accounts Executive – UK Accounts

Atlas Bookkeeping & Consultancy Ltd is a UK accountancy and bookkeeping practice based in Bromley, London. We provide bookkeeping, management accounts, VAT, payroll, year-end accounts and Companies House services to small and medium-sized UK businesses.

Atlas has an established support office based in Ahmedabad, and a year ago we opened a second office in Hyderabad. The Hyderabad team has made a strong start, and we are now growing it to build a solid foundation for taking on more UK client work. Joining now means working in a small, close-knit team, dealing directly with UK clients, and playing a real part in how the office grows.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management accounts and complete month-end finalisation (bank and control account reconciliations, accruals, prepayments) for a portfolio of UK clients.
• Prepare and review UK VAT returns under Making Tax Digital.
• Manage bookkeeping in Xero and QuickBooks Online, including bank feeds, bank rules and coding, keeping client records up to date.
• Process and review UK payroll, including RTI submissions, pension auto-enrolment and payslips.
• Communicate directly with UK clients by email and Teams calls to resolve queries and collect records.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Education:
