Job Summary
NNIPL is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, taxation, and compliance activities. Candidates currently residing in Greater Noida or nearby local areas will be given preference. Candidates with construction or infrastructure industry experience are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, journal entries, and ledger maintenance.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), vendor payments, and customer outstanding follow-ups.
• Manage GST, TDS, TCS, GST returns, and other taxation compliances.
• Handle purchase and sales entries, invoice processing, e-invoicing, and e-way bills.
• Perform bank reconciliation, cash management, and financial transactions.
• Prepare Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and MIS reports.
• Maintain vendor accounts, expense records, and financial documentation.
• Assist in internal audits, statutory audits, and month-end/year-end closing.
• Handle construction accounting, project costing, contractor bills, labour payments, and site expense accounting.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Age must be between 23 and 32 years only.
• Candidates residing in Greater Noida and nearby locations will be preferred.
• B.Com / M.Com or relevant accounting qualification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime / Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Construction or EPC industry accounting experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and reconciliation skills.

Important Hiring Conditions

• Greater Noida local candidates are preferred.

• Salary will be determined strictly on the basis of the candidate's last drawn salary, relevant experience, and suitability.
• Candidates must be able to provide previous employment and salary details during the selection process.
