Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily accounting entries, including purchases, sales, payments, and receipts.
  • Maintain purchase invoices, sales bills, expense vouchers, and financial records.
  • Support vendor ledger maintenance and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Assist in bank reconciliation and petty cash management.
  • Verify supplier invoices against Purchase Orders (POs) and Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs).
  • Support GST and TDS documentation and compliance activities.
  • Maintain accounting data using Tally Prime and MS Excel.
  • Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, and Supply Chain teams for invoice verification.

Eligibility: Candidates who have completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com). Freshers are welcome. Basic knowledge of accounting, Tally Prime, and MS Excel is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
