Job Description

We are looking for an Accounts Executive with 2–3 years of experience in accounting and statutory compliance, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
• Prepare sales and purchase invoices.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable and bank reconciliation.
• Maintain ledgers, vouchers and financial records.
• Handle GST returns, TDS, PF, ESI and other applicable statutory compliances.
• Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and payment of dues.
• Maintain compliance records and documentation.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors and statutory authorities.
• Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong knowledge of GST and TDS compliance.
• Practical experience in statutory filings and compliance management.
• Knowledge of PF, ESI and applicable labour-related statutory requirements.
• Proficiency in Tally / ERP and MS Excel.
• Good accounting and reconciliation skills.

Preferred Industry: Manufacturing / Engineering / Industrial Companies.

Candidates with experience in boiler manufacturing, pressure vessels, pressure parts or heavy fabrication industries will be preferred.
