Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, MIS, audits, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing month-end closing, reconciliations, tax compliance, financial analysis, and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage monthly and year-end closing and ensure compliance with Ind AS.

Handle general ledger, bank reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, accruals and provisions.

Manage GST, TDS, Advance Tax and other direct & indirect tax compliances.

Prepare and review GST returns including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-9.

Support tax, statutory and internal audits, including resolving audit queries.

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual MIS reports for management.

Perform budget vs. actual variance analysis and identify cost and operational trends.

Monitor cash flow, working capital and receivables/payables ageing.

Prepare cost sheets, margin projections and pricing analysis for tenders and bids.

Coordinate with Operations, Procurement and Sales teams for costing and commercial inputs.

Track project profitability and post-award margins.

Maintain strong internal financial controls (IFC) and improve accounting processes/SOPs.
