Job Description

Job Description – Data Entry Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive responsible for maintaining accurate and timely data records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry with high speed and accuracy.
  • Prepare sales invoices accurately and within the stipulated timelines.
  • Prepare shipment-wise cost sheets and verify all applicable costs.
  • Ensure accurate data entry of billing and costing details in the system.
  • Verify sales and purchase rates against agreed quotations and customer requirements..

Required Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
  • Good typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work within deadlines.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
