Job Summary

We are looking for an Accounts cum HR Executive with 2 years of experience to manage basic accounting activities and day-to-day HR operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

Accounts Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities.
• Maintain sales and purchase records.
• Prepare and process invoices.
• Manage payment follow-ups with clients and vendors.
• Maintain petty cash and expense records.
• Handle basic bank reconciliation.
• Maintain accounts-related documents and reports.

HR Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Post job openings on job portals.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
• Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
• Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.
• Maintain employee records and HR trackers.
• Coordinate employee exit formalities.
• Handle day-to-day HR activities.

Required Skills

• 2 years of experience in Accounts and HR activities.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of Tally or other accounting software is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Qualification: B.Com / BBA / Any relevant degree.
