Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to manage customer invoicing, drive payment receivables, verify vendor bills against POs, and handle monthly GST/TDS accounting compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoicing: Generate Tax Invoices, Proforma Invoices, and Delivery Challans based on signed site JMRs and dispatch notes.
  • Receivables & Follow-ups: Maintain aging reports and actively follow up with client accounts departments for timely payment releases.
  • Accounts Payable: Verify vendor invoices against internal POs and delivery proofs prior to payout approvals.
  • Statutory Compliance: Collate records for GST filings, TDS deductions, and coordinate with the Chartered Accountant.

Requirements:

  • B.Com or equivalent finance degree.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Tally Prime.
  • Solid understanding of GST rules, TDS rates, and commercial payment terms in project execution.
  • Knowledge of Service & Project Related Billing Documentation

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
