Accounts & Audit Executive – Multi-Store Operations

Key Responsibilities

1. Multi-Store Accounts Management

• Maintain and verify daily sales reports from all stores.
• Reconcile cash, UPI, card and online food delivery collections.
• Verify store expenses, petty cash and supporting bills.
• Monitor daily sales entries and identify discrepancies.

2. Store Audit & Verification

• Conduct regular financial audits of multiple stores.
• Verify cash balances, sales records, purchase bills and expenses.
• Check food stock, wastage, consumption and inventory records in coordination with operations.
• Identify cash shortages, billing errors and irregularities and report them to management.

3. Reconciliation & Reporting

• Reconcile Petpooja POS sales with bank credits and payment gateway reports.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly store-wise MIS reports.
• Track outstanding payments, vendor balances and collection records.
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting.

4. Internal Control & Coordination

• Coordinate with store managers, operations, purchase and accounts teams.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.
• Follow up on discrepancies until resolution.
• Assist in improving accounting systems and internal audit processes.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of accounting, reconciliation and auditing.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Experience with Petpooja POS or similar restaurant billing software preferred.
• Ability to handle accounts for multiple stores simultaneously.
• Good analytical, communication and reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel to company stores for audits and verification.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
