Accounts & Audit Associate

Job Overview

We are seeking an Accounts & Audit professional with 2–3 years of experience in a Chartered Accountancy firm. The candidate should have practical knowledge of accounting, auditing, financial statement preparation, reconciliations and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing audit plans and audit programs.
• Prepare financial statements and maintain supporting documentation.
• Prepare audit reports outlining findings and recommendations.
• Follow up on audit observations and corrective actions.
• Perform reconciliations of GST returns, ledgers, books of accounts and accounting software records.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to collect information required for audits.
• Stay updated on GST and TDS regulations.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and audit procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• B.Com graduate or candidate pursuing CA.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a CA firm is mandatory.
• Practical knowledge of accounting, auditing and financial statement preparation.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS and account reconciliations.
• Working knowledge of Tally is mandatory.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Additional Requirement

Candidates currently pursuing CA must be able to manage their examination schedule without requiring examination leave.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
