Accounts & Audit Assistant

Job Summary: We are looking for an Accounts Cum Auditor to manage day-to-day accounting activities, cash flow monitoring, and cash audits across our 7 clinics.

Experience: 3 to 5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally and manage vouchers, bills, receipts, and payments.

Handle bank reconciliation, cheque preparation, NEFT, RTGS, online payments, and petty cash.

Prepare GST and TDS workings and assist with tax calculations and returns.

Monitor cash flow, verify cash collections, and reconcile physical cash with accounting records.

Conduct regular cash audits across all 7 clinics, identify discrepancies, and report findings to management.

Travel to clinics for cash audits and accounting verification, up to 3 days per week.

Key Requirements:

Basic accounting knowledge and working knowledge of Tally.

Must have knowledge of cash flow management and cash audits.

Understanding of bank reconciliation, GST, and TDS.

Strong attention to detail, honesty, and good numerical skills.

Willingness to travel across all 7 clinics up to 3 days per week.

Experience: Prior experience in accounting or auditing preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
