Assessment and Evaluation :Evaluating student performance through assignments, exams, projects, and other assessments, providing constructive feedback to promote learning and improvement . Student support : offering guidance and support to students on academic and career-related matters, including mentoring, career advice, and connecting them with potential internships on job opportunities . collaboration : working with other faculty members to develop innovative teaching methods, improve curriculum, and enhance the overall educational experience. professional development : participating in professional development activities, such as workshops, conferences , and seminars, to enhance their knowledge and skills . instruction: delivering engaging and informative lectures, facilitating classroom discussion, and using various teaching methods (e.g: case studies, hands -on exercises) to enhance student understanding.
