We work closely with businesses across accounting, taxation, statutory compliances, business registrations and financial advisory. We are looking for candidates who want practical exposure across multiple areas rather than working in a narrowly defined role.

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and responsible professional to handle assignments relating to business registrations, accounting, GST, income tax and statutory/legal compliances for multiple clients.

The role requires strong fundamentals in accounting and taxation, attention to detail, ability to work with statutory portals, good documentation skills and willingness to independently handle client assignments.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Registrations & Corporate Compliance

• Handle incorporation and registration of Private Limited Companies, LLPs, partnerships and other business entities.
• Assist with PAN, TAN, GST and other statutory registrations.
• Handle routine MCA and ROC compliances and filings.
• Assist in changes relating to registered office, directors, partners, capital and other corporate matters.
• Maintain statutory records, compliance trackers and client documentation.

Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Handle end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping for clients.
• Review ledger postings, bank reconciliations and accounting records.
• Prepare monthly and periodic financial statements.
• Review receivables, payables and expense accounting.
• Assist in finalisation of books of accounts.
• Work with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books or similar platforms.

GST Compliance

• GST registration and amendments.
• Preparation and filing of GST returns including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
• Reconciliation of books with GSTR-2B and GST portal data.
• Review input tax credit eligibility and mismatches.
• Assist in GST notices, clarifications and basic departmental responses.
• Maintain GST compliance calendars for clients.

Income Tax & TDS

• Preparation and filing of income-tax returns for individuals, firms, LLPs and companies.
• Assist in computation of taxable income.
• Preparation and filing of TDS returns.
• Review Form 26AS, AIS and TIS.
• Assist in responding to income-tax notices and compliance requirements.
• Support tax audit and year-end tax compliance activities.

Statutory & Legal Compliance

• Monitor applicable statutory due dates and ensure timely filings.
• Assist with Companies Act, LLP Act and other business-related compliances.
• Maintain proper supporting documentation for statutory filings.
• Coordinate with clients for collection of information and documents.
• Assist seniors in regulatory, taxation and compliance assignments.

Eligibility

Candidates with any of the following qualifications may apply:

• CA Semi-Qualified
• CMA Qualified / CMA Semi-Qualified
• ACCA / ACCA Part-Qualified
• CS Semi-Qualified
• US CMA / US CMA Part-Qualified
• Candidates with strong practical exposure in accounting, taxation and compliance may also be considered.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in a CA firm, consulting firm or accounting practice.
• Exposure to company and LLP incorporation.
• Experience handling GST and income-tax notices.
• Knowledge of payroll, professional tax and other labour-related compliances.
• Experience in preparation of MIS and management reports.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS and data reconciliation.
• Familiarity with Zoho Books, Tally Prime, Winman or similar tools.
