Accounting Faculty Trainee

The Accounting Faculty Trainee will assist in delivering academic sessions, supporting senior faculty members, and enhancing their teaching and subject-handling skills. The role aims to prepare the trainee for a full-time faculty position through hands-on experience in content delivery, student interaction, and academic coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior accounting faculty in preparing and delivering lectures.
• Support classroom management and help students with basic accounting queries.
• Prepare study materials, assignments, and question papers under supervision.
• Conduct practice sessions, doubt-clearing sessions, and revision classes.
• Maintain student attendance, assessment records, and performance reports.
• Learn and effectively use digital platforms (LMS, Google Classroom, etc.) for academic delivery.
• Participate in academic meetings, workshops, and faculty training programs.
• Collaborate with the academic team to ensure syllabus completion and quality teaching.
• Continuously update knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and related areas.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹6,500.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
