Accountant/Bookkeeper

Patronus Marketing is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to manage daily accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and assist with bookkeeping operations. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Tally, bank reconciliation, and basic accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily books of accounts and record financial transactions accurately.
• Enter sales, purchases, receipts, and payment transactions in Tally.

· Prepare, verify, and organize accounting documents and supporting records.

• Perform bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Track expenses and maintain updated financial records.
• Assist in preparing basic financial statements and accounting reports.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Tally is required.
• Understanding of bookkeeping and basic accounting principles.
• Knowledge of bank reconciliation is essential.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
• Good numerical, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining financial records.

Preferred Candidate Profile

· 4–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar role.

• Candidates with practical knowledge of Tally and bank reconciliation will be preferred.
• Should be organized, responsible, and willing to learn.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
