Accountant with Advance excel skills requires a job

• Revenue Tracking for Diverse Streams:
• Reconcile income from multiple channels, including membership subscriptions, drop-in class fees, retail product sales (supplements, oils, apparel), package deals, and service bookings (massages, therapy sessions).
• Track deferred revenue for multi-class passes, annual memberships, or gift cards that are paid upfront but earned over time as services are rendered. [1]
• Payroll and Commission Management:
• Process complex staff compensation structures, which often combine base salaries with instructor/therapist commissions, class-per-head bonuses, or contractor payments for visiting practitioners.
• Handle statutory deductions, employee benefits, and local labor compliance. [1, 2]
• Inventory and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) Tracking:
• Monitor inventory levels for retail items (skincare, wellness products, gear) and supplies (oils, towels, room amenities) to prevent shrinkage or overstocking.
• Calculate gross profit margins on retail sales versus high-margin service offerings.
• Expense Tracking and Facility Overhead:
• Manage accounts payable for equipment leases, utility costs (water, heating for saunas/pools, electricity), facility maintenance, and specialized insurance.

• Financial Reporting and Cash Flow Monitoring:
• Prepare monthly profit and loss (P&L) statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts to help owners understand peak/off-peak seasonal revenue dips.
