About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Trainee to join our Finance & Accounts team. The candidate will assist with daily accounting activities, financial documentation, invoice processing, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Maintain financial records, vouchers, invoices, and bills.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Assist in preparing and verifying invoices and payment records.
• Help with bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
• Maintain purchase and sales records.
• Assist with GST-related documentation and basic TDS activities.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding bills, payments, and supporting documents.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Familiarity with Tally or other accounting software is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and invoice processing is preferred.
• Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Educational Qualification

• B.Com, M.Com, BBA (Finance), or any relevant commerce/finance qualification.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
