He will be responsible for managing the company's Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash, Bank & Journal Vouchers .

Key Responsibilities: Core Financial & Accounting Responsibilities

• Financial Statement: Assisting in Preparation and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• General Ledger Management: Maintain general ledger accounts, perform monthly reconciliations, post journal entries, and ensure proper account coding.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable (AP/AR): Oversee invoice processing, vendor payments, client billing, collections, and cash flow monitoring.
• Bank & Account Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and intercompany accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Compliance, Tax & Controls

• Tax Preparation & Compliance: File local, state, and federal taxes (corporate, sales, payroll, VAT), ensuring adherence to changing regulatory guidelines.
• Internal Controls & Audit Support: Maintain internal financial controls, safeguard asset integrity, and lead coordination with external auditors during financial reviews.
• Payroll Processing: Oversee or assist with payroll execution, benefit deductions, wage taxes, and payroll-related journal entries.

Financial Analysis & Advisory

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with department heads to prepare annual budgets, variance analyses, and cash-flow projections.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Provide actionable insights to management on financial trends, cost reductions, operational efficiency, and profit margins.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in - B.COM (only and Mandatory).
• MBA / PG qualification in Finance, will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, finance, costing, budgeting, and vendor management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Experience with procurement and financial MIS is preferred.

Experience

• 3-4 years of relevant experience in Accounts is Mandatory.
• Experience in interior design, architecture, construction, furniture, manufacturing, or project-based businesses will be preferred.
• Candidates serving notice period or with 15 days can join are preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
