Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Maintain books of accounts for operations Handle day-to-day entries for sales, purchases, returns, payments, receipts, and journal vouchers. Generate GST-compliant invoices and ensure proper tax classification. Manage accounts payable and receivable Bank reconciliation, cash flow tracking, and petty cash management. Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and coordinate with CA for monthly/annual filings. Monitor stock valuation and maintain ledger reconciliation with the billing system. Generate financial reports including daily sales reports, P&L, and outstanding reports. Coordinate with warehouse, billing, and retail teams for stock and accounting accuracy. Assist with audits, vendor reconciliations, and statutory compliances. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent). Experience managing accounts for pharma distribution /retail operations. Working knowledge of pharmacy billing software (Marg, Unisolve, etc.) is a plus. Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and GST compliance. Strong attention to detail, integrity, and time management skills. Good understanding of tax filings, credit/debit notes, and reconciliation procedures.
