Key Responsibilities:
Experience: 3 years of experience in accounting. Freshers with strong accounting fundamentals may also be considered, depending on company requirements.
● Maintain day-to-day accounting entries, including sales, purchases, receipts and payments.
● Prepare and maintain ledgers, vouchers, cash books and bank books.
● Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
● Perform bank reconciliation and vendor/customer account reconciliation.
● Assist in GST returns, TDS calculations and other statutory compliance activities.
● Prepare invoices, payment records and expense statements.
● Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers and vendors.
● Assist in monthly financial closing and preparation of reports.
● Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions for audits.
● Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, customers and auditors as required.
● Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial records.
Technical Skills:
● Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
● Working knowledge of GST and TDS.
● Proficiency in Tally/ERP accounting software.
● Good knowledge of MS Excel.
● Understanding of bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
Required Skills:
● Strong numerical and analytical skills.
● Good attention to detail and accuracy.
● Effective communication and coordination skills.
● Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks.
● Honest, organized and responsible approach to work.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
