Job Title: Accountant – RMC PlantJob Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, billing, client reconciliation, purchase records, and financial data for our RMC plant. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely accounting records in Tally and coordinating closely with clients, suppliers, and the plant operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue RMC invoices/bills accurately and on time as per dispatch and delivery records.
• Verify billing details including client name, project/site, quantity, grade, rates, GST, delivery details, and other applicable charges.
• Coordinate with client accountants/accounts departments regarding invoices, billing requirements, deductions, credit notes, debit notes, and payment status.
• Regularly reconcile client ledgers with company records and identify and resolve differences in quantities, invoices, payments, deductions, and outstanding balances.
• Follow up with clients for pending invoices, payment confirmations, ledger confirmations, and outstanding receivables.
• Maintain complete and accurate accounting records in Tally, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries, and ledger accounts.
• Record and verify all bills received from suppliers, including raw material, fuel, transportation, maintenance, services, and other plant-related expenses.
• Verify purchase bills against purchase orders, delivery records, weighment slips, material receipts, and other supporting documents wherever applicable.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
